I was on Webkinz for a little over an hour, (and I was hardly in the Arcade at all), yet I didn’t find a single apple. :/ Oh well…maybe I’ll have better luck tomorrow.
I am so sorry for those players that have not been able to get apples. I have had no problems. They came very quickly and regularly and i had collected all on 4 deluxe and 4 regular accounts in less than an hour (I had to do everyone’s today. Tomorrow, my cousin gets to do it! Hopefully she won’t have any problems either. I got lots of boots, signs and overalls. If anyone needs some of those , let me know!
I found two 20 minutes apart and then none. I don’t know about everyone else, but I have several accounts, and I sure don’t have the time to sit and wait. Please speed them up.
Siding with the majority, here, about the lack of falling apples. Maybe the Big Bad Wolf huffed and puffed and blew them all off the trees? I have seen a couple in my Deluxe accounts and none in my regular account. I sat here for a few hours, so it wasn’t just a matter of waiting it out. I truly have not seen the apples in my room at all. Think I’ll take a little break.

Thanks for looking into it, Michael, I have tried that route before. I have a full time job and I can’t contact them back the way they want me to because my hours of work coincide with their hours of operation. They aren’t open on the weekend, which would certainly be helpful, so I have to be content with whatever I get or until it is fixed, whichever comes first. I will say that mobile isn’t nearly as bad. I can get all but 1 and after the Flying ‘W’ is caught I don’t get any more apples. If that is a helpful observation.
Ok, just logged back in on Mobile and was able to get the last one. I think that’s fixed. If I have to log into mobile to get the prizes I am still ok with that.
I totally agree I have only been able to get apple on the mobile. I have 3 high speed laptops in front of me and no apples, maybe they like the apple ipad. (lol) So all the apple have rotted on the trees I will not be making apple pie for dinner. good luck tomorrow everyone maybe irma will blow some apples our way
Oh great… now you’re reducing apples if we don’t have deluxe. It should be 5 apples if you’re full member or deluxe – 3 if you are a free player. I think I support webkinz with my money just like deluxe and therefore at least deserve to have the same amount of floaties. :(
I have been in the clubhouse, room and front page of my account. I found 2 apples then 30 minutes and no other apples. Tried clearing my cashe and logging in again and same result. I haven’t seen a floating apple since.

I really want the green versions of those items (for my girl pets) so two of my cats (probably my Siamese and my Charcoal Cat) can match up!
