Crafty Critterz is back! We’ll be posting recipes, crafts, game ideas and more. Check out this craft from our archive.
What you need:
- Two pipe cleaners (sparkly silver and gold ones work well)
- Beads (with holes large enough for the pipe cleaners to fit through)
- A Webkinz
What you do:
- Make a loop with the pipe cleaner. Make the loop large enough to fit snugly on your Webkinz’ head. This is the base of the crown.
- Attach one end of another pipe cleaner to the base. Add a bead to this pipe cleaner.
- Bend the second pipe cleaner up and down so it looks like a zigzag. Add beads to the zigzag.
- Attach the other end of the pipe cleaner to the loop to anchor it.
- Fit the crown onto your Webkinz’ head. Admire your handiwork!
Try to use sequins, sparkles, and stickers on your crown to make them extra special!

Hey! I have some webkinz ideas! Could there be a trading card series 5 with the sparkling pegasaus as the mystery pet, (craft idea) make webkinz food, make another webkinz owl, and make more quirky carnival pets. Thanks!

This is so adorable! I haven’t seen a Crafty Critters post for so long. I was actually wondering a few months ago, if it would ever return! These little crafts are so cute, I used to love them when I was little. I’ll be sure to try this one soon! :) -PT

I make my webkinz collars with their names. Some have plastic, some wooden beads. Also the beads are strung on different materials – yarn, string, shoestring, ribbon. Gorilla has the bracelet chain and charm. Monkey the same. Yorkie, etc
That’s awesome, I do that too! Heck, sometimes I buy fancy bracelets…just to use as collars for them. XD

glad to hear that you will be bringing it back! I loved the crafty critterz section on webkinz, and I always used to create the crafts that I saw there. To this day I still have a Webkinz shoebox where I keep all my codes!
