The hat code doesn’t work, and neither does the code from the estore email. But the code for the ruby wardrobe worked. So it’s not my account, it’s bad codes. both times it said the code does not exist.
You could’ve mistaken a G for C, D for
You could’ve mistaken a O for Q, D for B… Etc.
What I’ve been doing lately, because I often write an “S” but it looks like a “5″ or something like that, is take a screenshot of the code. Then, if I get the error message, I can go back to the actual code and see if I made a mistake (but I don’t have to find the ad again). Have you tried something like that? The code worked for me, once I made sure I wrote it down correctly. Hopefully it will work for you, too.

I put the code in for the hat and it didn’t work, it said that code does not exist. Can webkinz please correct this?
I am having the same problem with my two accounts. I’m getting a message that says that the code does not exist for both the camp councelor hat and the estore code. Please help us out! Thanks! :)
The estore code–is it for the Ruby Wardrobe gift with purchase? Or is there something else?
YOu probably put it in wrong ? It worked for me.
When I put in the code comes backing does not exist and I know I have it right. Same way with the free code we got from estore today – that too says does not exist.
Same here! And it’s not your account — my code for the ruby wardrobe worked just fine. I’m sure they’ll fix it soon — hold on to the codes!
I found the ad and it worked on one account but not on my others. I found it twice and it was exactly the same but when I try to put it in the code shop it says it is invalid. BUT, it did work once!

found the code for the hat tried to claim it wouldn’t work checked the code again was the right one and still wont work September 30 is expiry date
I tried to unlock the code as well and it wouldn’t work, and now I am locked out of the code shop for 24 hours.
The expiration date is not clear. I hope this gets corrected.
