I am making a room using the Simple Floral pieces I win from Peek a Newz. I tried to name the room “Simple Floral 2017″ and “Simply Floral 2017″ and I get a message telling me it’s a “Bad Room Name” . What’s up with that?
Hi Alphaowlbear! I had the same problem when trying to name a webbie after a character from Finding Nemo. Because of how the filters are set, (I assume), you will probably not be able to use the word floral in your name. Time to get super creative! How about “simply flowery”? My guess is that it’s because you’re using numbers. Try taking out 2017.
No, it’s not the numbers. I use the year in a lot of my rooms to help me remember the year of year of certain collection events.
Try Simple Flower or Simply Flowery. I had to change it, too. I was doing the same as you when I got that message. It took me a few moments to realize that some of the words are disallowed because of the Kinz Dictionary terms of use regarding words that can be used as bad words or suggestive words or foul language. It’s unfortunate that a root word can spoil it for you to name your room what you really want to name it, but it keeps the young ones safe and I am all for that!
I completely agree with you, dixiecup, about keeping words and language safe for all ages of Webkinz players. It makes me so angry when I see players in the trading room who have named their pets really nasty names because they have altered the spelling of the real word. I report them to Ganz. Anyway, I just thought since Ganz describes these furniture items as Simple Floral, I could as well, so that’s what was confusing. :-)
I have a name ” Wurk N. Mi Ossoff” the Mi could be Mee not sure but now to find a per who fits the name . A busy BEAVER or some other hard working pet would fit . If pet is a lazy pet then “SoNOT Wurk N Ossoff”
LOOKIN for SINK and TUB that match . I have seen bad names also but like OSSOFF its just a funny name and its a real persons name . I just think of it as CUTE different way to think of things keeps people thinking. Some thike this are not bad just odd . Being different makes the world go around not ment to harm .

I think we will eventually see these floral prizes show up in other activities. The bed and the floral bean bag were prizes on last Saturday’s Wheel of Wishes.
