thx sooo much but one question when it say you need to update your ios devise to 7.0 what the heck does that mean
It means that your phone or tablet can’t run the app until you update the software. You should be able to do that through your device’s settings menu. If your device is too old, it might not support iOS 7, then you can’t do anything except get a new device.

guys, there are also these packages that can open only on the app and when you go back to my pets room on the computer they stay opened.
