This glitch isnt funny….i havent gotten any alert in kinzpost, my points keep bouncing up and down and customer support wont help me.
I have noticed that my estore points bounce up and down whenever I visit the wish factory over the past few days. It is surprising and was upsetting the first time that it happened, but as long as it ends up with the amount that I know that I have, I will patiently wait for the programmers to adjust this latest bit of excitement. :)

Why do my points keep going to zero and bouncing back up, Ive been doing all sorts of things on it. Please fix this, no one will be winning the points if it keeps up.
It’s a glitch, winners receive 50,000 points a day the article states and winners are notified through kinzpost. Your points are disappearing and reappearing due to a glitch you haven’t won any estore points!
Mine keeps doing it. Ive been everywhere on my account, doing rooms, spinning the wheel of wow and it will do that, no increase of points, whats going on?
I AM SO CONFUSED !! I was doing the Wish Factory and chose the pool . I saw the E-Store points go UP !!!! Is this part of the give away I got about 1000 and was so SHOCKED !! Can you please let me know if this is part or was I seeing something strange ???

It happens when you leave the today’s activities and go to the wish factory you didn’t win 1000 estore points. The daily prize is for 10000 points not 1000 and the winners are notified through kinzpost.
I noticed that when I do the Wish Factory my estore points drops to zero, then back up to where it originally was. Maybe that’s what your seeing. Not sure why it’s doing that lately.
Yeah, it’s doing it to all of mine too – not getting any free estore points after all. Mine drop to zero and then go up to amount I had every time I go to Wish Factory.
Mine are doing the same thing. They always restore to original value though.
