What is the secret to getting the wheel of wishes to work? Mine will not spin and i don’t want to have to skip it and pay for it. Anyone else having issues?

Sally Webkinz please help! I played Zingo’z Pop in the Arcade at about 10:00pm today, Friday 8/4/2017. I earned 50 KC, but it was not credited toward, (deducted from) the 250 KC we need to earn playing Zingo’z Pop to complete August Monthly Deluxe Challenge and win the Hotel Hot Tub. I had already earned some KC toward the challenge and that was also removed so it looks like I haven’t even played at all toward the challenge. Help please!
