WShop Item Design Contest Winners Announced!!!

Amazing job by EVERYONE who submitted a design! As always, we had a very tough decision to make. We tried to select items that were great creative ideas and that were versatile enough that we could see them being used throughout Webkinz in a wide variety of rooms.

If you watched Podkinz 79 you will have heard that we already decided to make Chocolatekat’s wheelchair in addition to the other winners, so we have a total of six winners who will each receive a code for a Sparkling Pegasus.

Congratulations to our winners. We will keep you posted on when these items will be released in Webkinz World.

Winners, please look for a message at the email address associated with your GanzWorld account be end of day, Monday, May 16.

I said it before, but thank you so much for making the wheelchair! As someone who is in one, I find it very comforting that one also exists in my favorite site. Thank you again! <3

more: I agree whole heartily about the wheelchair. I am so excited about this I can’t hardly wait. I just hope it goes from place to place. Like picking up trash. Well, you know what I mean, like we don’t leave our wheelchairs in one room because we need to go into another. Excited, excuse me. Have a great week.

Thank you all so much for the congratulations! (I’d love to reply to all the comments but there’s so many!!) It’s great to see the stories that some people shared about how they are personally (or know someone) impacted by disabilities. Thank so much for sharing; I drew the idea with the intent to make Webkinz more inclusive, and I’m happy it worked. And to all the other winners, congrats on your designs! Everyone is so artistic and I am SUPER excited to buy everything from wshop~ Have you guys decided on a name yet? I think I’m going to name mine Yuffie!

  7. MidnightFireflies17 says:

She sent it thanks :) Now the only problem is what to name her lol I’ll have to get on that .

  8. ladysparklez99 says:

hey guys random question:how can i get more moneyz?

    • zoomycat says:

You can get up to 500 moneyz a day doing the daily stuff (peek-a-newz, pick n win, quiz, floaty, treasure hunt) & by entering contests. I don’t know of a way to get any more than 500 a day tho.

aww man i really wanted to win but congrats to the 6 winners hope you injoy your new Pet!

  10. MidnightFireflies17 says:

Yesterday I received an email from Mandy about receiving the pet code but am unable to fill out the release form as our printer broke. Also my mom does not really want me to hand out my personal information, even though we trust webkinz, but I was wondering if there is any way to agree to the terms and still receive the code without entering personal information. Thanks :)

    • Sally Webkinz says:

Unfortunately, the release form must be completed to receive your prize.

      • MidnightFireflies17 says:

My mom said she is ok with it, but is there a certain time we have to have the form submitted by in order to recieve the pet code? It could be months before we get a new printer. Is there anyway to fill out the form electronically or by email rather than have it printed out? Thanks. :)

        • Sally Webkinz says:

If you give Mandy a heads-up, it should be OK if you take longer. You can fill in most of it on the computer — and there are certain applications that will let you digitally sign. Then you can return that without needing a printer.

      • MidnightFireflies17 says:

Hi Sally, I downloaded the release form to google docs and filled it out electronically and was wondering if this is ok. If it’s not, that’s alright . Sorry for the inconvenience and bothering you. Thanks for your help :)

        • Sally Webkinz says:

If it lets you sign it digitally, then it should be fine :)

          • MidnightFireflies17 says:

It let me sign digitally. I copy and pasted the document in a response email (I hit reply to the original email not sure if that is how it works) so hopefully it will work out. Do you know around how long it usually takes for it to be completed? Thanks again for all your help :)

          • Sally Webkinz says:

            Probably won’t take long :)
