Webkinz Votes 2014: Ella Interviews Cowabelle!

Hi Webkinz Newz readers, it’s Ella McWoof, your official Webkinz Votes 2014 reporter.

One of the biggest surprises of this campaign has been the announcement by Cowabelle Cowoline, daughter of Kinzville Academy superintendent Ms. Cowoline, that she will also be running for Mayor. In her speech, Cowabelle invited voters to “Join the Adventure”. If elected, she promises to introduce more freedom to Kinzville: more access to treetop and underwater rooms AND more items with the freedom to be placed anywhere. She also said she’d reduce daily Spree! rolls from 2 to 1 per day, as she would want everyone to spend less time at the Mall and more time with their families.

Today I’m sitting down with the fifth candidate to announce their run, Cowabelle!

Ella: Cowabelle, thanks for being with me today.

Cowabelle: Glad to be here, Ella! Shout out to the Kinz watching at home! *waves*

Ella: A lot of people were surprised when you announced your run and said you’re too young to be Mayor. What do you say to them?

Cowabelle: I could see why they’d think that, but here’s the thing: kids have great ideas, too! Just because I’m young doesn’t mean I can’t take action. My mom always says that caring for your community is important.

Ella: Speaking of your mom, has it been tough running against Ms. Cowoline?

Cowabelle: It’s tough because she’s so determined! And with the campaign and everything, we haven’t seen much of each other like we normally do. I like her platform promises, though.

Ella: In your speech, you promised more places to put items in rooms. Can you explain in more detail what you mean?

Cowabelle: I think that there should be fewer restrictions on where you can or can’t place items (some can’t go indoors or outdoors, for example). I’m all for loosening up the rules, except that certain things are definite no’s: like, fireplaces can’t go underwater, wall paintings can’t go in an outdoor room, etc. If the rule change doesn’t make sense, then it won’t  happen. I should also point out that changing item restrictions would be a GRADUAL thing and may take a while.

Ella: You’ve been leading in my polls for a few weeks now. Who do you think is your greatest competition in the election?

Cowabelle: I’d have to say Sheldon. The others have great platforms, but voters may want to take it easy and go with Sheldon, who hasn’t promised anything. ANYTHING! That crazy turtle.

Ella: Is there anything else you want voters to know?

Cowabelle: You have a chance to make a difference this November! If you vote for me, you can join me on my adventure as we take Kinzville toward more freedom, more family and more FUN! I believe that a Kinz who understands the issues important to you can best represent you as Mayor. JOIN THE ADVENTURE!
