Well, 50ishwebbies, I used to be the CEO before I decided to take a break and do something I really love — delivering mail! Kidding, kidding, but you know, there have been individuals that have moved around quite a bit. We’ve had customer service reps become QA testers, folks in the creative department going into marketing, developers becoming project managers, and sometimes we all have to help out with testing when there’s a big project about to come out.

 

 

 

 

Thanks for the answers, Fiona! However, I have a question: I shared my Helping Paws code with my friend, and she created an account. But after the first week, when I got estore points, I’ve only received a 100kc token. How come I don’t get any of those cool prizes, or estore points anymore? – Joy_Webkinz

 

 

Good question, Joy_Webkinz! Each Helper Account will earn you points towards rewards like eStore Points, KinzCash and the gift boxes, but the points you earn depend on the activity on the Helper Account. The less your friend does on her account, the fewer points you earn towards rewards. That’s why it’s great to have LOTS of Helper Accounts — then the little things they each do on their accounts will add up to better prizes for you.

 

 

 

Hi Fiona! Thanks for so regularly answering all our questions. It’s so helpful! I have a question about the Employment Office. Like you, I love Kinzpost! So I love to do the Kinzpost Sorter job, but it seems like the other hard job (Kinzville Mover) comes up much more often. Is there a reason for this? I’d love to be able to sort Kinzpost more often! Thank you! – TropicalGirl

 

 

I do love KinzPost! I could sort boxes in my sleep. The job postings are random, but that doesn’t mean they’ll show up equally — random can be funny that way. Since they change every hour, you may have to check very often before your favorite job shows up. About the only way you can guarantee to play your favorite game once a day is to become a Deluxe Member — then you can pick which extra job you want… like KinzPost Sorter! It would be so helpful to know in case you sent a gift to the wrong person, or didn’t remember if you’d gifted someone what they wanted, or wasn’t sure if you’d gifted a certain person that day.       ALPHABET StORAGE ROOMS it will help later or set rooms to store by seasons .Older small rooms can be storage remember HEART CARE on MAP can be a <3 for HEART TO FIND THOSE ROOMS Fast !! ;)

        I have many storage rooms, labeled with what is in them…but multiples of big items I would like to dump somewhere if I can’t sell or give them away. What is HEART CARE on MAP please? All help appreciated

    What is going on? When webkinz 10 came about and we were expected to keep our pets meters at 100% Ganz stated that their heart meters would go down by 25% each day. Up until recently I have noticed this to be the policy, however, lately even though I make sure ALL my pets meters are at 100% at the beginning of the webkinz day several (in some cases many) of my pets meters have gone down from 100/100 at midnight webkinz time to 56/100 one minute later! That is 44% not the 25% Ganz originally stated! I find it VERY difficult to get these values up to 100% when they dip so low. Has anyone else noticed this problem?

      I know but there is a new way to add points . We needed sink , tub, trampoline , treadmill and a pool and food. NOW IF you keep a SHOWER in your dock it helps !! I use the SLIME shower and it works . I hope this helps with the sandwich maker and blender. ;) GL

        I do most of those things EVERY day for EVERY pet and that is how I keep them up to 100% when they are only down 25 points. When they are down 44 unless they ask for something particular I find even ALL those things won’t get their hearts to 100%. Besides when they started this system Ganz stated that they would only lose 25% of their heart value per day. Now sometimes they lose 44/100. That is NOT 25%!

      I have had the same problem several times. I have never been able to see a “fix” for this. :(

      I’ve had this issue several times, too; the only fix has been to contact Customer Service. Tell them which quest you are trying to complete, and they can reset your digs. They are pretty good about getting it fixed.

    Many times my siblings and I asked you to help us with Wish Factory, but never got any answer from you or somebody else. This game is not working for long time and we don’t know if anybody aware and doing something to fix it.

      Have you tried contacting Customer Service? They are the best people to inform of game issues. They might need to know which browser and operating system your computer uses so they can narrow down the problem.

    hi Fiona, we do not have Wish Factory for long time, it is not working and seems nobody cares and do something about it!

      Wish Factory is working just fine for me. The prizes take too many tokens so I am just hanging onto all my tokens. Will wait to redeem for as long as it takes for the token costs to come down to reality.
