Before the Goober’s Lab Arcade game became the smash hit it is today, it started off as an idea and a few concept drawings!
Here’s a look at a concept drawing of the game play area. Notice that Goober looks older in the concept drawing compared to his look in the actual game featured in the Webkinz Games Arcade:
Now take a look at the concept drawing for the menu for the game compared to the actual menu. It was decided to add a chalkboard behind Goober after the concept drawing was created:
By the way, did you notice the drawing on the chalkboard just above the PLAY button? Even small details like a drawing on a chalkboard started as a concept drawing from one of our talented artists here at Webkinz Headquarters:

I do like these concept drawings. Absolutely wonderful! :) I hope I win the trophy someday. I keep trying. :)
There is a glitch in the game. If you are doing an Adventure Park game to win a prize, if you try to click off of it while playing it, as you have enough points to go back for the next challenge, it crashes. It is hard to get the points you need and leave the game.
The same thing happens to me during challenges but in reverse. If I keep playing till the end of the game, it crashes & I have to play the game again. If I get out of it as soon as I have enough points for the challenge, it takes me back to the Adventure Park or credits the regular Challenge in my Challenge icon. Very weird! What is going on?
