Missing Items
The following list of items are currently appearing in the room as grey boxes as their proper images are not available. Please know that your items are fine within Webkinz World and their images will be fixed. We will be aggressively making these fixes will be making regular updates over the next few weeks to solve all of these issues. Please return regularly to see which items have been fixed.

All items are now visible. Any items still required to be fixed have been moved to the Incomplete Item List.
Ummm, also, I know this isn’t totally related, but I got over 600 on Wacky Zingoz, but I didn’t get a trophy like you showed in the trophy showcase. Is this related to the glitches being worked on?
But thanks ganz for working so hard on this, I’ve only been playing since January and already a lot of the things I couldn’t get to work are working now. :)
Hi there! The Wacky 600 trophy can only be won during our Wacky Zingoz Celebration in August. Congrats on hitting Wacky over 600ft though!

I have too many missing items and half present items to list them all. I have spent a lot of money, and frequently try to place a newly purchased item only to have it not work. Too much longer and I will start expecting refunds. Ganz should have fixed these issues before they launched X.
I have many items that do not work or is missing, and can not be placed in rooms my lollipop slide and elevating chair just has gray clouds around them.I do not think we will ever get back all the things we have missing or do not work.I put so much work and kinz cash in my train station room only to have it all gone. um I have an item that is half shown and its the haunted hearth.
The Indoor Designer pool STILL Hasn’t Been Fixed. Its Starting To get on my Nerves.
Some items show up as missing/space in the room. Will this be put back when fixed? We have missing items prior to your update and support, reply was system error whats lost is lost.
Not very many of these items show up even as gray boxes.
My leprechaun statue does that too, so I can’t even take it out of my inventory… :/
Both the Leprechaun statue and the cherry blossom butterfly tree disapear completely when placed in a room…no gray box.
