  Hello! I’ve been having an issue in the Kinzville Park recently. Whenever I go there, a blank pop-up window shows up that says “Webkinz Video Challenge” and I’m unable to do anything after that, as if the game froze. Please help, and thanks.

  I’m having an issue with the Webkinz log in screen. When I click on “log in,” it opens a new window and the new window has the log in box, but the window keeps getting bigger and smaller and bounces across my screen. Once I log in everything is fine. What’s happening?

  I need help. Webkinz is not working. When I go to the website, it just shows a green W but I cant log in. I have tried to get ot working but so far nothing has worked.
