The Webkinz hosts are hard-working Kinzville residents who are happy to welcome you to their shops, show you around and serve you. They also love making new friends and helping all of their friends!

When you befriend one of the hosts, they can help you complete your Challenges and your Building Kits and may even send you a gift! Here are some of the ways, hosts make great friends:

•  You can send them KinzPost and packages and they might send you something back!
• They can send you items you require to do tasks in your Challenges.
• The can also send you materials you need to build your Building Kits.
• And like everyone in Webkinz World, the Webkinz hosts love to play games! Why not challenge them to a game in the Tournament Arena?

To add Webkinz hosts to your Friends List in Webkinz World, you can either:

Go to the host’s location and do one of the following special tasks:

• For Arte, complete a Gem Hunt.
• For Ms. Cowoline, complete a full day of class with one pet.
• For Amanda Panda, make a Wish of the Day.
• For Tabby VonMeow, do a job.
• For Fred Rover, go to the Webkinz Stadium.
• For Debbie Dragon, send your pet on vacation or to the spa.
• For PJ Collie, purchase a clothing item from the KinzStyle Outlet.
• For Sheldon, buy a souvenir from him when you’re on vacation.

Or you can add the host to your Friends List the same way you’d add any other friend – by clicking on your cell phone in your Dock, turning it on, clicking ‘Add’ and then typing in the host’s name and clicking ‘Add’. The host’s names have spaces in them. These are the names you must use, if you want to add hosts in this way:

• Fred Rover
• Debbie Dragon
• Sheldon Turtle

The hosts always like to have new friends – and they can’t wait to join your list!

BOLTS: “Well… as long as you have them on your Friends List and need help with a Challenge or a Building Kit project, you can ask the Hosts for help by clicking the ASK FRIENDS button!”

NUTS: “Ohhh! I still need some help building my Homemade Hot Air Balloon!”

BOLTS: “They might not help you everytime you ask (they can get very busy running their shops in Kinzville), but if they do, you’ll know as soon as you send them a request because they’ll send you a message in the Message Center!

NUTS: “And don’t forget to Challenge them to game in the Tournament Arena and send them letters… you just may get a reply!”

BOLTS: “That’s right Nuts… wait a minute… did you say that you were working on building a Homemade Hot Air Balloon?”

NUTS: “Yup…” POP! POP! POP! “*sigh*… I WAS working on building a Homemade Hot Air Balloon…”

Nuts and Bolts are super excited about their new Gingerbread Cabin building kit!

NUTS: Do you know what makes great building material? Gingerbread! It’s nice and sturdy—AND delicious!

BOLTS: Nuts has a hard time not eating our bricks sometimes…

One of the most beautiful new additions to the W Shop’s Building Kits section is the Crystal Falls. If you want a fun building challenge, this is it! You and your pet will both adore this gorgeous waterfall! To make the falls, just ask your friends for building materials. You’ll have created something stunning in no time at all!

It’s nearly time for the Zingoz Celebration, and what better way to celebrate than by creating a Wacky Clay Sculpture for your house? You’re going to love building Wacky from clay! Just pick up the Wacky Clay Sculpture kit at the W Shop and ask your friends for the materials you need to complete it. There’s nothing like crafting to make yourself a little Wacky!

When you purchase a Building Kit from the W shop you get to collect Building Materials from your friends to create great new items!

The new Building Kits include this awesome Log Cabin.

Here’s how you build it:

-          Visit the W Shop where you can see which Building Materials are needed to complete the Log Cabin.

-          Purchase the Log Cabin Building Kit, place it in your pet’s room and click on it to start the building process. You’ll see the list of required Building Materials you need to request from your friends.

-          Ask your friends for Building Materials through the Message Center.

-          As you collect the right Building Materials you can begin to build your Log Cabin in stages. You’ll see your Log Cabin transform before your very eyes as it progresses through four stages of completion.

-          When you’ve collected enough Building Materials from friends it’s time to finish your Log Cabin.

-          Timber! Now you have a cool Log Cabin you can display in your pet’s room! When you click on it your pet will go inside and warm up by the fire.

There are lots of other cool building kits to choose from! And watch throughout the year for special Building Kits, such as holiday Building Kits, that will be available for limited times only. Before your Building Kits are fully built, the Building Kit can be sold back to the W Shop. Once it’s complete you can’t sell the Log Cabin but it can be traded or sent through KinzPost to friends.

Building Kits let you create great new items with help from your friends. Building Kits will be available to purchase in the W Shop.

-          When you’ve collected enough Building Materials from friends it’s time to finish your Building Kit.

-          The end result? An awesome new item that you can show off to your friends!

The new Building Kits you’ll be able to create with your friends’ help include the Wacky Clay Sculpture, the Homemade Hot Air Balloon, and the Log Cabin, to name a few. And watch throughout the year for special Building Kits, such as holiday Building Kits, that will be available for limited times only.
