SickKids Foundation – $250,000 When you purchase a Webkinz Cares Lil’ Kinz™ pet at Walgreens, one dollar from each toy sold will be donated to Webkinz Foundation. What does Webkinz Foundation do? Webkinz Foundation supports charities that improve the welfare, development, health and safety of children. One of the charities that Webkinz Foundation has supported is SickKids Foundation. SickKids Foundation is dedicated to improving the health and quality of life of sick children by investing in equipment, research and training. Webkinz Foundation is pleased to support this endeavor. Their recent gift of $250,000 will be used to create a playroom in the Hospital for Sick Kids, incorporating fun and enjoyment during a child’s stay. The playroom will be decorated with Webkinz-themed art and will be equipped with computers. Your continued support of the Webkinz Cares program makes these donations possible.
