Also, the Judy Moody promotion has affected ALL areas of our Webkinz World Accounts. Every member of our family is getting ‘frozen’ in all areas (can’t do any jobs, can’t tend garden, can’t do dailies, can’t do Magical Forest, can’t even complete the log out carnival, etc). Please recognize, admit and work on FIXING all of the related programming conflicts with this promotion…. Thank you.

Yes I was literally sitting at the computer for a hour trying to get that Judy Moody video up. I thought it was my computer because I restarted and everything.
YA, I KNOW, ME TOO! Im like, I need this thing. i got a cat from the cat and then i go to watch the movie, just a black screen.
I woke up and tried to go on webkinz. Just a blue screen! I can’t log on or anything! Fix these problems or announce you know something is wrong.
GANZ I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH FLOATING ITEMS FROM MY DOCK IT HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR QUITE SOME TIME IT IS REALLY ANNOYING AND SOMETIMES IT WILL DISCONNECT ME PLEASE FIX THIS SOON AND I AM NOT MAD THIS IS ATTENTION GRABBING SO THANKS GUYS YOU ROCK
Floating items from the dock happens to me when I’m using Google Chrome. If you’re using it, try switching browsers and see if it happens then.
I agree with clarkcs. When using Google Chrome I sometimes have floating dock items!
That would explain why I couldn’t watch it. I thought it was my computer. Oh well, thanks ganz!
Blue screen?? uh oh. That’s the blue screen of death. (BSOD)
I also get logged out by Ganz usually in the middle of playing an arcade game…..hope you can fix that too. Thanks.

Whatever you do, don’t go to the Kinzville Academy. I had to redo that class, too. Never happened till they brought in Wacky’s Logout Carnival. -**Dawnstar**
A few times I got logged out at a random time,too. I hope Ganz adds that issue to their list of tech stuff they need to improve.
ME TOO. IT IS VERY UPSETTING AS YOU LOSE YOUR KINZ CASH FOR THAT GAME AND TO SEE HOW FAR YOU CAN GO IN POINTS. THEY SAY THAT THEY ARE AWARE OF IT AND ARE WORKING ON IT. I HOPE THEY GET IT FIXED. THANK GOODNESS IT DOESN’T HAPPEN ALL OF THE TIME.
Me, too!! Although is usually does it to me at the Kinz Academy & when I log back in, the class shows a big X, Really aggravates me, too, as it’s usually on a real easy class. I have noticed, though, that a plug is in my temp account on my computer when I play Webkinz & whenever Ganz logs me out, the plug is gone, also. If I log out, myself, the plug is still there. Think the plug in to Webkinz is the key. When it goes, you go! Giant bummer!!!!
