The same thing happened to me on Christmas. Customer service did not ‘Comprehend the problem’. Hope the webkinz x will not have increased the chance of that happening! Asides from that, I love webkinz x!

and please say your still working on WebkinzX because i have some glitches in most of my rooms, by that i mean the items ex: outside my windows the snow won’t fall, one of my fireplaces isn’t showing up i can’t even remove it, the last time i checked to ride my Webkinz drop ride it wouldn’t work. And stuff like that.
