Happened on 2 accounts I had Customer service is where I wrote they fixed 1 fast the 2d it tool a few days but I also sent a 2d request for them to fix it. I fugure they get busy like us :)

I’ve had this problem in the past and tried to contact the customer support and nothing was done so I just don’t go to adventure park any more :(

Hey Salley Cat? I have myself a problem with my Webkinz account. I keep trying to complete a quest in the Adventure Park, but there is nowhere to dig (I have already dug it all up). I keep coming back day after day and they haven’t reloaded the spots. And Borris, who I am doing it for, keeps telling me to look in those 2 rooms I have already dug in for a MONTH now. Is anyone else having trouble? Please Help!!

I’ve collapsed my dock and tried to reconfigure my screen size to access the school recess merry-go-round… And nothing I have done works! Any other advice?
