The time has shifted from Asian time to Canadian time. It makes it difficult to play the game and access the different “time” activities. Will this be fixed or is this going to stay this way? I have sent an email to the support desk, but no answer… no support… no fun!

If you rotate your mobile device a few times, you might be able to collect valentines. I can sometimes on my phone, but it’s very glitchy.

If you're playing on an iPad, Android device, or Chromebook, the early access has not been optimized for those mobile operating systems yet. You will need access to a computer running Windows or Mac OS to run the desktop app.

I am so sad that I can’t collect the valentines or deluxe challenge for all of the lovely prizes. The early access I have no dock and the game freezes up trying to play and we can’t do any of it on the app. I sent 30,000 points to my account thinking I could skip parts and then realized I can’t. :(
