@Twistersmom, I couldn’t agree with you more! As soon as I found out about Webkinz X, I was hoping it would mean that our clothing in particular would be organized by categories so it would be far easier to find and dress our pets (I too have been collecting Webkinz clothing like it’s going out of style, & I always try to get extras because of the clothing machine & also in case any of the items become retired, or if I can help a friend who doesn’t have/ can’t get those items) At times my dock will get stuck trying to reach items, and when a pet is asking me to dress them in shoes, I’ll get half way through the pants & can’t get any further! I’ve found the only way to get to the shoes in time (if I’m lucky!) is to go to the “A-Z” category instead, and click like crazy through ALL my inventory. I don’t have the Mobile app so I don’t have the option of dressing pets there. I wish I did from what you’re all saying! Hopefully the Ganz team will hear our wishes, they’ve done an amazing job keeping so many players happy through a very difficult transition C: Thanks again Team Ganz! & Thank you to all my webkinz friends for all of your support, understanding, and helping make the game such a fun place to hang out with all of you! ♥ Hugs from KCKisses

IKR. My pets request to wear a specific pair of shoes quite often and it is impossible to scroll through all the clothing to even get to the first pair of shoes within 3 minutes. If I see that I will run out of time before fulfilling my pet’s request, I’ll sign out. Then sign back in. That way the happiness meter doesn’t drop down to zero. I’d rather fulfill the request, but sometimes it is simply impossible to do within the 3 minute time limit. I’ve also found that my dock will freeze somewhere in the skirt section quite often. You can still arrow backward when that happens, but you can not go forward at all. If my pet requests a new look, but nothing specific, I put on the first hat I find that could go with their current outfit. Then I scroll through to choose new clothes. After the timed request has shut off.

Oh, I am so sorry to hear that KCKares, I hope all is mending, healing & getting back to normal for you!!
