There is no automated way to use your adoption codes to recover your account. You will have to wait to hear back from webkinzsupport@ganz.com

I forgot my password and am unsure about my username. I do have two used pet codes associated with my account though and I’ve already emailed support. I just don’t have an option to create a parent account as the option appears broken on the site (?). Aside from emailing support, is there anyway to use those codes to quickly get a password reset link sent to me on the mobile app/desktop app?
