		<description>@BettyIrene1934 - I am having the very same problem with the eStore! It&#039;s been almost two weeks since I started sending emails to Customer Service. I have even written a message to Michael Webkinz here on Webkinz Newz in the Webkinz General Forum. I have had no reply from him or anyone else! When this problem happened to me, I was actually in the eStore, adding the BOGO wallpaper and flooring to my cart. I went to add another two and was kicked out and got this message &quot;We have noticed you have not used this account for quite a while. Please contact our Customer Service department to reactivate your account or please create a new eStore account if you wish&quot;. I go to the eStore and sign in almost every day! No one has tried to help me! I&#039;ve sent 4 emails, plus adding one to the Webkinz General section in the Forum. I just wish that when there are  problems with an account, someone would help! I haven&#039;t made a new eStore account, as I don&#039;t think my ePoints will transfer to the new account and I don&#039;t want to lose them! I don&#039;t expect a reply here, as they don&#039;t reply to hardly any of the questions that players ask. I just don&#039;t understand why we can&#039;t get any help. Maybe they should hire more help? I hope somebody will fix the eStore issue soon! I really dislike missing out on specials that you can only get in the eStore! :-(</description>
