Is there anyone that reads these from Webkinz that can help me, I am now a deluxe member and I still can not access the Kinzstyle Shop, it is messed up and then freezes my screen.

Same no gift. Did anyone have sign on problems Saturday? I did not prize for me! I still have a lot of problems. missing floors and walls that I paid for, cabinets that are invisible, Items not working, missing items. I called several times still not fixed.

I got a present from Alyssa the first time but have only gotten letters since. I send them something everyday. I will hope after I send them a few presents they will in return send me an occasional present too.

Hi, I am happy to get to try Deluxe for the day, but when I go to the Kinzstyle Shop, it is all messed up and doesnt work. It has been that way for awhile now, just wondering if that happens to anyone else or just me? Any ideas on what I need to do to fix this? Thanks

PLEASE READ THIS PROBLEM! So, whenever I send Alyssa or Nafaria Fairy a letter and they reply, they say something like here is a gift for you or here is little treat, but they only send letters and there is no gift that they send to me! Where are their prizes to send? Please tell me how I can fix this. Thanks!
