You only have to visit the Today’s Activities schedule on Deluxe Day and click on the link to get the Deluxe Day prize. The Deluxe monthly gift is usually delivered on the first day of each month, unless it’s the last month of your membership (because you got the first gift box for the month when you signed up). If your membership isn’t expiring this month and you still didn’t get a gift box, please contact our Customer Support team at ganzestorecs@ganz.com and they will assist you.

Sally Webkinz? How come we didn’t get our boxes? Do we have to be on on deluxe day to get them? Because i wasn’t able to get on.

Awe man! I’m at a hotel tonight and the computer there has an old version of Adobe Flash so I can’t go on Webkinz to get this window! :( I’m so sad! I really love this window! Darn!
