I couldn’t get my player appreciation gift on Webkinz or Webkinz Next because we had to go to another city for a medical appointment that day. Took 3 hours just to drive there. Kind of bummed out about it. 9delicious12.

7 of the 11 posts are pretty much saying the same thing, people aren’t getting their prizes The 2022 Webkinz Day prizes are the only ones that I am now missing and they don’t show up in anything else It seems like no one really cares cause it just keeps happening or gets worse

This has happened to me too. I click the button to receive the prize and nothing is added to my dock, but the button then shows it has been redeemed. The prize never appears even if I log out and back in. I just don’t get it. It has happened on both Deluxe Days and Appreciation days.

This is getting so annoying, every time there is a give away the site decides not to work. I have been here since 2007 and it just keeps getting worse . Of course I missed todays but the worst was not this year webkinz Day but 2022. That was the worst I don’t care much anymore. My Deluxe ends soon and I’m not sure if i’ll renew it

Know it is frustrating to just get to the apple and it’s gone. Also they sometimes roll close to photo booth or a building door and end up in the booth or in the building. Won’t be doing cake activity that much – work 2nd shift and 12 hour shift on Saturdays.

I have noticed that the apples and even the cake ingredients disappear before anyone gets to them.

There is a constant glitch with the today’s activities in classic. Every time I try to claim a prize, it does not give it to me or appear in my dock. I have already had to contact ganz support several times for this issues. This includes the deluxe prizes and appreciation day prizes. It is such a bummer! Please fix this issue. I did not receive the trampoline, and I will have to (yet again) contact support for the same issue.
