Correct. Once the plush are sold out, that particular virtual pet can no longer be sparked.

Thanks for the response! Sorry, one more question. I meant to clarify that I was wondering about the odds of sparking only the virtual pets. :) I am assuming you are referring to the plush? Is it that once the plush run out, the special virtual pet cannot be sparked after that point too?

Your odds of getting a Rainbow Unicorn are nil at this point — there are no more available. We don’t have specific odds to provide, but the chances improve by using a base pet (golden retriever for a rainbow retriever, etc), and the odds are increased the more rare the pets you’re sparking with are (uncommon has better odds than common, etc.)

Also, what are the chances of getting a Rainbow Retriever or Rainbow Unicorn, Pinkalicious Lion, Pinktastic Pig, etc.? I would love to have an idea of if it’s closer to, say, 1:50 or 1:10,000 (lol). Also, it would be cool to be able to see all of the rare ones in one page – I haven’t been able to successfully Google search to see what the Rainbow Unicorn looks like. Thank you!

A Season Pass does unlock the awards, but it does not give them to you automatically. You still have to earn Season Points to redeem prizes. That’s why there’s two versions of the Pass — one that gives you a head start with Season Points and one that just unlocks the prizes. You will need to contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com

Hi Sally, I purchased the more expensive season pass on Webkinz Next because it said it would unlock “all” exclusive awards, compared to the cheaper pass, which unlocks exclusive awards. I must have misunderstood because I did not unlock all of the exclusive awards. I’d like a refund because there are only 2 days left in the season and I’m only on level 7 or so – and I thought due to the wording that I would instantly receive the exclusive awards regardless of the current level I’m on. I didn’t know – I’ve only started playing Next recently. Thank you!
