Now the log in screen won't load because when Next is trying to load I get a new message "checking version" and I can not get past that point to the log in screen. I've made sure I have the most updated version of Next from the Microsoft store. I've even tried uninstalling then re-installing Next (several times). I've been locked out since the day before the Rare Cotton Candy Racoon became available to purchase at the adoption center. I would've purchased one if I could've accessed my account. I've even had my internet provider out to do a service call again to see if there is anything wrong with my system or my internet connection. Everything on my end is fine and the only site/app I can not access is Webkinz Next. It has to be a problem with the app from the Microsoft store. I sent an inquiry to them, but did not get any response. I've tried 3 times so far, with no response. I've missed most of the days of most of the seasons so far in Next because of this issue. It's very frustrating to have spent so much money for something I'm unable to enjoy.
