Thanks for working around the problem of the non-functioning BBQ NPC by adding recipes to the other crafting tables. It might not be a bad idea to update the original post (the “Sneak Peak” post) about this event so people reading it aren’t confused :) I love that we can convert the spare condiments we have to other ones on a stove. Working on getting enough for the Summer BBQ Apron :)

I saw it in my garden (as somebody else wrote, right in front of my door) the first day of the event, now it is indeed gone.

Off topic but the Flash Sale at the estore is very disappointing. I was hoping for a better sale. There’s not even the complete set of berries for most of the offerings. I was hoping for something more akin to the Doorbusters like on Black Friday :(

The BBQs should have been disabled, so it’s definitely odd that you’re still seeing them. They aren’t meant to be moved, so that’s normal behavior.

I’ve read your reply and the announcement, and I understand the words, but my accounts still have BBQs that have appeared smack dab in the middle of the front walkways, in a rather inconvenient spot. I tried moving them but they won’t budge. The lid of the BBQ just opens when I click on it in edit mode. I will just close my eyes to it for the duration of the event. But if they remain after the event closes, and are still unmoveable, I will contact customer support to air lift them out. Thank you!

It will not be returning this year but all of the recipes are available on other crafting tables

The BBQ NPC will not be returning. There were only four recipes that were only available on that grill and those have been added to the Crafting Table. The remaining recipes were always available and can be found on the Crafting Table, Carpenter's Bench, Pretty Patterns Sewing Machine and any stove.
