You are getting them. There is an issue with the dock not updating in certain cases, but you are being awarded your berries. If you log out and back in again, you'll see updated numbers.

Is anyone having trouble with the berries? I did my Today’s activities, got a jumbleberry then I did my Jumbleberry Fields and I got 2 more of the jumbleberries and I did not get them. This has been happening alot lately I can not get more then 1 of anything in my dock, I can not buy more then 1 of anything or I do not get it, and if I have any of the same berries in my dock that I get when I spin the wheel of yum or click the free berry I do not get them.

I love Berry Fest, it’s one of my favorite Webkinz events. I’m planning on making my own Jumbleberry Fields, but why does the picture at the estore show a sugarberry hut, but there isn’t one to buy?

The berries seem to be floating right now on the mobile app – I just caught one, but I also did not see any floating this morning.
