I wish that the newer horses looked the same as the older ones. The older ones like the regular black friesian have prettier manes and tails and their head shape is kindof different too.

I do not, but have a similar issue with my username. I have emailed customer support at least 4 times about this issue and other issues, but I have not received a single response. So I don’t know how helpful customer service will be!!!! I’m sorry! Very frustrating!!!!!

pixiegirl and kinzklipfan (I think that’s who you’re replying to), I had to change the email address when I returned to Webkinz last August after many years, and I’m fairly certain I changed it in the Parents Portal section.

I’ve seen Sally tell people to put it in a comment and post it since they screen comments. That way someone sees it, and, I guess at least makes note of it to alert someone to change it in the system. If nothing else, the screeners won’t just post your email, so it is worth a try.
