There is no place for me to reply to my answer from Sally. First I want to say a big THANKYOU!! You not only replied immediately to my problem, (which no one ever did before) you gave me a solution! I opened an new account right away so every time I win something It asks me to enter my Wenkinz account and pasword so I can get the reward. Thank you so much! It makes me happy so maybe I will be able to sit at the computer a little longer now – my mom says attitude has a lot to do with howyou feel. Which is one of the reasons she lets mehave the webkinz account and pays for deluxe and epoints cuz it makes me happy. She also says when you have a problem you have to keep looking for the right person to get the solution – she was right.

Yes. This is happening with me too. Every time I go to the wish factory, it freezes and then the screen goes white and then tell me I couldn’t connect to webkinz world. It’s disappointing because I was trying to finish the deluxe arte challenge and I would have had enough to complete it if the wish factory worked for me, but it doesn’t, so I’m not able to complete it before deluxe preview is over D:

You will have to create a new GanzWorld account because your cousin’s one has become associated to this GanzWorld account and there isn’t a way to disassociate them. Or, make sure you are NOT logged in when you redeem the prizes for challenges so it asks you which Webkinz World account to send it to.
