When that happens to me I try a couple of things: First, I’ll move around the room and then back. If that doesn’t work, I’ll leave the room go to another and then back. If that doesn’t work, I’ll do other activities and then go back. And finally if that doesn’t work I’ll sign out and then log back in

I am unable to go into the clubhouse and the park as well!! I have tried clearing my cache, cookies and reloading my computer ! And I really want to check out the bumper room!!!

If you email customer service and give them the exact names of the items and quantities they will remove them from your dock. I have done this twice and they removed them for me. Be patient as it make take a week or so depending on how busy they are.

I can’t get in to the clubhouse nor the park as of today. It keeps telling me there’s an error. Please fix this!

Can’t get into Park, clubhouse and phone is locked I hope they fix this soon
