Hi @beerfeet. On one of my accounts the baskets appeared slowly, with lag time in between, and on another account they appeared quickly in succession, like the flowers. When there was a lag, I would go in a building (KVA, Curio Shop, home, etc.) and come back to the town map to see if that would get the veggie baskets started again, and it usually did. Don’t worry about the kabab, because if you have extra veggies hanging around from gardening, you should be able to make, and then eat the kabab. I can’t remember which three veggies – corn, pepper, and tomato? But if you click on the recipe you should be able to see if you already have the items needed to make it. I wish you the very best of luck!
