Thank you! You figured it out. Have to be directly underneath bat along wall w/no furniture to move it. Webkinz should let people know that.

Hi larzy- Check to see if there is a piece of furniture or other item under the hanging bat. If so, remove the furniture piece. Then you should be able to click on the bat to change positions – your pet needs to have clear access so it can be directly under the bat. There’s two high positions and two lower. That’s what worked for me, I hope it helps. :-)
