Is anyone else having an issue with these prize items going missing? My daughter had four pairs of the pink shoes and collected another two today. She logged out then later today logged back in and all six pairs of the shoes are gone. As far as we can tell, those are the only things missing from from her dock. They were her favorite and she’s very upset they’re missing.

I have the same problem! What makes it really weird is that shes showing up on my brothers account, on the same computer so I don’t know whats wrong.
