I still cannot get the new app. I tried following the video but it doesnt show the same screen as in the video. I have removed the app that only went to a black screen, I have tried different servers, cannot gt it

Hi mimi2, hit ctrl alt delete to get out of the big screen it will be an orange screen hit sign out and it takes you back to your sign in screen.

Ok this is a mess ,I have windows and you keep shutting down the game, with the screen is so large, it hard to exit out !!! I click on the tabs but still the screen is blue! So I have to unplug the computer and start over !! Come on throw me a bone here! HELP Please
