I still do not have my gift box or santakinz gift tricycle. I have notified through Customer Support like I am supposed to, but still no prizes and it is Jan 2nd! Please HELP ME!

I logged in on Christmas Day but the gift box did not go to my dock. I got my reindeer from Miss Birdy, proof I had logged in on Christmas Day, but no Christmas box. It is obvious this was a glitch. Hope Ganz will remedy it.
