I think when you last played may have been before they had to make everyone switch their passwords. Someone had been able to hack their system, so they had to make everyone do that. It’s been awhile, but from what I remember reading at the time, your account isn’t lost or anything — you just have to reset it. It’s been too long that I don’t fully remember what we had to do, but I think it was maybe to just enter in the old password and then a new one? I’ve seen other people comment that customer service is really backed up, but sometimes Sally Webkinz (I think) reads the comments and answers them. I’m pretty sure she only sees ones that are really new though. Try typing this message again in a new post. There’s a good chance that you might be able to get an answer before customer service gets back to you. I’m glad you still check into your account. My family has been playing for I think something like 12 years, and it’s really nice to sometimes revisit the things we did that make us happy. Good luck!

My biggest issue was the dining chairs! Although you are right about the rug ‘drop rate’ seeming to be slim. I certainly hope it’s not the same with the Dresser!

I feel you! For some reason the rug “drop rate” (or whatever you want to call how often the rug appears in the boxes) seemed really low compared to previous items from the Soft Gray theme. I got my first rug on the last day of Nov, when I had gotten multiples of the others in prior months

Hey I’ve emailed support three times now and no one is answering me. I want to play the holiday events, they are some of my favorites but my account won’t let me in. I was able to get in earlier this year and everything was fine until webkinz rebranded itself. I want to buy a plush but until I can get back into my account I won’t be doing so. Please help me. My account is old from when I was a kid but still exists because I play on and off throughout the years, as recently as May 2020 but college is hard and things get rough fast. I just want to be able to log in and play again. Maybe seeing this message here will help. Please help me!!!
