I was able to receive the Go karts by KIWIKAT’s tip above, so no need to change passwords etc. Thanks again though Sally for explaining why passwords are necessary.

I tried your tip, emptied the bag, the icon appeared, clicked on the icon (instead of Cinnamon’s stand), it showed that we had completed the collection AND VOILA! It awarded the Go Kart (2 days later, but got them on both accounts!) so no need to change paswords etc (see below). THANKS KIWIKAT!!

That is, of course, your choice. My guess is that they want to confirm the error message, grab an error log, and then they'd likely award you the prize.

WOW FAST REPLY, THANK YOU! However, I do not see the sense in releasing the password as you say, remeber it happened on only 2 accounts of 4. Now all 4 say “you have already collected your candies for this event” when clicking on Cinnamone, but 2 never received the Go Kart. Not sure how they can reproduce the glitch when 2 worked and 2 didn’t, seems like a problem on the ganz side not our computer or accounts. Also how can they reproduce what happened on our computer from theirs (entirely different PC’s OS’s etc). Doesn’t make sense to me, and the hassle plus glitches are certainly not worth a silly Go Kart. likewaise the frustration and time lost with omgoing and increasing glitches is quickly turning-off my families interest in Webkinz.

While there are many things that Customer Service can check through their tools, reproducing what you see when you login isn’t one of them. They do sometimes request passwords. Please change your password to something you don’t use regularly — you can change it back afterwards.

This may have been our problem! We collected all candies but the cart/collection progress screen never poped up so we did not get Go Karts for 2 of our 4 accounts. Sent a message to webkinzsupport@ganz.com as suggested by Sally Webkinz below, but now they want the accounts passwords! I thought we were never supposed to give out our password? We have never been asked for it before. Sally, you reading this???????

Yeay I finished mine :) and just so everyone knows if you have recycle or garbage in your pouch then you cannot see the candy icon to receive the go cart so empty it first. Thanks Webkinz…happy valentines!

QUESTION – I got a NEW FRIEND TODAY . They have less then 200 points so they may not feel that webkinz and the Newz ARE CONNECTED AND BOTH SAFE sites. They moght not know what they miss not comeing here for the Chilly Chocolate !! WOULD it help and COUNT if I sent them JUST 1 Chilly CHOCOLATE ? Will it count for them I hate to see people lose out and leave WEBKINZ because they lost something nice .
