I clicked on the floating chocolate and got the message “congratulations, you won the grand prized (the car)” but the prize has not shown up in my dock on Webkinz. Is this what they mean by ‘they are aware of a problem”?

Thank you for the quick reply. Clearing the cache did not work, but I have archived that info for a later date/ issue. However, after scheduled maintenance, logging out and back in, I have received the mint chocolate and also all others in my house who play. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!! :) It is so great that there are so many devoted and interested Webkinz users/players!!!

Go to your History tab in your browser and choose to “Clear your cache”. It often fixes Webkinz issues.
