I currently have 18 pets, so does that mean that when I get my 20th pet I will be able to fully expand the next property? The next property after the original is the Lakehouse Cottage, but I was able to fully expand that property a while ago. Would that mean it would go to the property after that?

The size of your properties is tied directly to the number of pets you have on your account. Properties expand in size from your oldest to newest. It takes 10 pets to fully expand a property.
