The ‘skip’ doesn’t even show up till the plane ride is almost over so no, I didn’t accidentally tapped it. The sunny side of the boat is just a ‘change of pace’ from seeing the same thing over and over – not in regards to fish type caught. It’s for enjoyment only. I will, however, pay attention to pet picking when I choose my ticket, though I usually pick the exact same order as that’s how they appear from page to page and all have been to the sunny side. It really is a hit and miss, and now, finding out it’s NOT an intended feature it SHOULD be. As for rares, I don’t believe the further you cast the rarer the fish, as I have 95% of the time fished closer because it’s faster to reel them in and have still caught at least 90% of my rares from close up. I still believe the odds are too high especially on the burrfish, grouper and the mandarin but less so the latter. I appreciate your response so thanks.

The plane ride was not removed. You most likely tapped the skip button. Switching sides is not an intended feature, more of a side effect of switching the active pet. It has no bearing on what fish you get. The further from the boat you cast, the more likely you are to catch a rare fish. The side does not matter. On my trip, it appears that the third and fourth pets selected go on the other side, so if you're switching to your second pet it may not work. That said, the order may be random because it was not an intended feature.

Why was the plane ride taken away from vacationing? Put it back. And please let us CHOOSE which side of the boat we want to fish on when we buy our tickets, it’s annoying that it only works once every 10 trips or so, if lucky.

That’s not true at all. It was announced that the greenhouse would come with six farmers plots on the first day of the season: “And the Grand Prize? A beautiful Farmer’s Greenhouse your pets can walk inside that include six bonus Farm Plots that may harvest Competition Crops you can place in your home, and enter into competitions in the Farmer’s Market!”

Sally would it be possible for someone to do a deep dive post (with images please) on all the things (and variants) that the ‘bit of magic’ can make? I don’t often go into my ‘crafting tables’ and am sitting on a bunch of magic but with all the ‘randoms’ and no pictures of them I don’t want to waste this precious magic.

It’s very difficult to pick which items I would value the most because we know so little about them until we install and use them. You just now informed us the greenhouse will have six farmers plots. Earlier I learned the sunflower plant from the recipe has 30 harvests. The items in Next have so many special features it take a while to discover them. I am glad I purchased this Season though. Thanks for the creativity.
