If you don't see something within 10 minutes, you should log out and back in again. Try going straight to Kinzville.

I've been collecting without issue every day. Try logging out and back in and going straight to Kinzville

I have been in Kinzville for 3 hours, set it so I could see a large amount of Kinzville at one time, still have not seen one flower yet. I am guessing there is an issue with it. Please fix.

I was fortunate enough to get a new iPad as a gift and can now play Webkinz Next!! I love playing with my new pet husky, Blizzard! I managed to get 3 lovely prizes today from the Ice Flowers, but I had problems collecting the fourth flower to appear. My pet would just run over it, as if it wasn’t there. Then the flower would disappear after about a minute. Any ideas why this is happening? My iPad is running iOS 14.4.

Kinzville is the main part of the world in Webkinz Next. That includes the park area and outside all of the buildings
