Thanks Sally, I thought I would try something else. I figured if contacting support the event would be over before getting a reply. I collected all the balls of yarn on the two accounts before logging out. This seem to work fine, I was only able to get 46 yarn and 47 on the other account. Much better than when not appearing. I didn’t want to miss getting the beautiful sweaters. I’m still hoping the get the Comfy Sporty Sweater haven’t had luck with this one, difficult to get it’s my favorite.

I clear my cache several daily. Both days I was able 5 balls of year early morning hours 4:00-5:00 am then when I try in the afternoon I’m not seeing any. I have waited for over an hour on each account logged out and back in, cleared cache still nothing.

Is there a problem with this event? I have not seen any balls of yarn today and two days ago on 2 of my accounts, not sure about yesterday was without hydro. I see other players running around Kinzville they must see the yarn I don’t see any yarn appearing. :(

Love the new sweater designs!! I didn’t know how I would like the new camera angle, but WOW – it is a game changer to find those yarn balls – awesome bright pink this year! We can look behind and between buildings and trees – thank you! It really shows that Ganz has listened to our comments. However, I have only been finding 5 yarns per drop – it takes way too long to find our 50 quota. Can that please be changed?

Yeah!!! I had to get a ball that fell between the Salon and the Cafe! I was able to see it only with the new view.
