You could use sugar cubes instead of packing peanuts or fuzz balls. You might have to paste two index cards together for stability, though. Then you can always paint it with Mod Podge or Jigsaw glue to keep it from falling apart.

Hi Sally, and happy new year! Is there a way to get an updated list of retailers who sell webkinz in my area? All of the stores that I formerly used, no longer carry webkinz. I like selecting my new pets in person, rather than ordering them on Amazon, or buying them from the estore. Thanks for all that you do! ~kalcan8 :)
