Curio Shop Theme Showcase: Egyptian Theme!

Arte’s Curio Shop has some amazing things, including many themes that are only stocked on his shelves! His stock changes every hour, so you’ll have to check back often to see what he has to offer! Items marked with the “Arte’s Favorites” logo are exclusive to the Curio Shop!

The Egyptian theme was one of our first rare room themes in Webkinz World. Unfortunately, it has been retired from the Curio Shop, so they only way to find it is by trading for it in our Clubhouse Trading Room!

However, you can still find the 3 newer items from the Egyptian theme in the Ganz eStore: the Egyptian Room Divider, The Golden Hippo Toybox, and the Kitti of the Nile!

Put all of the pieces of this theme together and you’ll have an ancient room that will make you pharaoh-ly proud!

Deluxe Members also have access to a second set of items updated hourly, so they have TWICE the chance of finding amazing items! Learn more about Deluxe Membership here.

Have YOU been collected any of the items from this ancient retired theme? Let us know in the comments below!

Sadly I only managed to buy 2 or 3 of these items before they retired. I also have the 3 they gave away as challenge prizes. It’s a shame I didn’t buy more because this theme is beautiful!

Wow! I didn’t realize how many pieces I still need to collect!

How I would love for “reproductions” of this theme to be sold. This theme is so beautiful, it was definitely retired prematurely.

Since returning to WW, I have never seen a piece from this theme in the Curio Shop. Somehow, when I was little, I managed to collect most of this stunning theme. The items I lack are the obelisk, the grand column, the bureau, the table and chairs and the throne. I love how when you turn the tv around, it has the hippo sculpture and is gorgeous.

I realize the theme is retired, but what a *rare* treat it would be if somehow items were offered as prizes at some point.

I agree about the amazing detailed work on the back of the TV. The WW designers have apparently always taken great pride in their work. I really appreciate that they’ve taken the time and effort to make the furniture pieces interesting from every angle. I remember the first time I saw the ‘frozen fossils fridge’ from the back it made me laugh. I could picture it in the kitchen of the Flintstones! The Egyptian theme is stunning and well-made and I would love to see it offered again, even if promoted as a one-day-only sale.

Haha, yeah, I just love the stone age theme. It’s high end meets Flintstones for sure! I also love the Egyptian vanity from the back, but I can never turn it around because it’s so perfect from the front. Every piece is a work of art.

I have just about 1 of everything except the Majestic Royal Thorn which I sent to someone looking for one. I thought I would buy another for Artie when he offered it, but no soon did I send it to someone, Artie retired the Theme and I was never able to find one.

I have most of the theme from years ago but never had the royal banquet table or royal chairs. I have been lucky enough over the past few months to trade for 4 banquet chairs in the trading room, and now I hope to trade for the banquet table. Then I will have everything except the scared scribe desk and the estore items (don’t do the estore) I’m pretty excited about finding the items i need to complete my collection. The trading room takes time but it is possible:)
