I haven’t either, I did email them to let them know. And I don’t have a renewal. When I did in August sometimes it would take a couple of days. But I really wanted my 8 estore points so I could buy a new pet and two hamsters, when they were on sale for Black Friday. sad face.

I got the 130,000 one on cyber Monday. I couldn’t spend my money on estore things like they said right away. why I lost out on really great deals and it’s not fair…they will never make up for the things I lost only tell me they are sorry..big deal.. I buy lots of money though out the year now I feel cheated and I will quit this game forever.

Don’t worry bubbashuka! I did the same thing, and you will receive everything (points, pet code, everything) once your old one expires! I was worried too (mine expired 11/25), but I got everything! <3 ☺§

I know this is a little random, but I have a question. I bought my year deluxe membership a few days ago, and it never gave me the sign-up points OR my pet OR my item. Will it give it to me whenever my account actually expires and renews on December 3? I’m a bit worried.
