There was an issue with the Desktop version that would only award the Today’s Announcements prizes once per launch of the game. That should be fixed with this morning’s update.

I am not receiving any free plays. I have four accounts and only on one do I get the free plays. Any reason why? I am using the desktop version.

My days of play are only showing up when I go into Webkinz on Chrome, but not on the new desktop version. This is also the case with the log in daily gifts. Is this a glitch?

Same here. I used to be able to click on it and play right away. For awhile now I have to give it a minute or two and then it lets me in.
