I logged in and there was no way to click on the deluxe day free gift, all the Todays Activities were not working and I didn’t get my prize either :(

I logged in with three of my Deluxe accounts this morning, went to Today’s Activities, clicked to receive the Unicorn Rocking Horse and did NOT get it. Several hours later, I tried with a different Deluxe account and then it worked. How can I receive the Unicorn Rocking Horse on the other accounts where your system glitched?
