I’ve also had trouble again with the desktop app. I couldn’t get it to open, again, so I uninstalled and kept trying. It’s taken me until around 12:30 am March 11 to get on and play so all of our accounts lost the chance to do the Deluxe things.

Have you turned off full screen mode? Click Settings and uncheck the box. Then quit and relaunch the Desktop App.
